These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the ce33 platform ("ce33", "we", "us") and you ("user", "you"). These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, ce33's interpretation shall be considered final.

2.4 Account Security

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means the total of the bonus and the deposit must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made. Example: ৳1,000 deposit + ৳2,000 bonus = total ৳3,000 × 20 = ৳60,000 in wagers must be completed.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Winnings from a bonus will not be counted as real balance until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering — please check the individual terms of each promotion.
• If bonus abuse is detected (for example, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts), the account will be closed.

5.4 VIP Program

ce33's VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on active participation on the platform. Cashback is automatically added to your account every week.

6.1 Bet Placement Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets affected by a technical error or system outage may be cancelled or re-evaluated at ce33's discretion.

6.2 Game Outcomes

The outcome of all games is determined by verified software. Games operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) are independently verified. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the respective provider's server.

6.3 Sports Betting

• Pre-match bets placed before an event begins will only be settled after that event has concluded.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• In in-play (live) betting, odds may change while a bet is being processed; ce33 will either confirm the bet at the new odds or cancel it.

In any case, ce33's maximum liability is limited to the balance available in your account.

11.1 Closure by ce33

ce33 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of fraudulent activity
• Providing false identity or documents
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies

11.2 Closure by User

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. All pending bets will be settled and any valid balance will be withdrawn before the account is closed.
